Cured by Pain is a three-person sketch comedy group from Washington, D.C. Members Mike Bock, Joanna Harris, and Ian McDermott have entertained audiences from Edinburgh to New York to right here in the nation's capital. Technologically gifted and charmingly witty, these three weirdos would love to make your acquaintance.
Rails Comedy
Rails Comedy is a comedy troupe based in Washington, DC, that packs live sketches, characters, music, digital shorts, and more into one fun-filled show! They have performed in the Austin Sketch Fest, Montréal Sketchfest, North Carolina Comedy Festival, and Sketchfest Seattle’s Fall Stream where they won the Audience Choice Award. Rails Comedy’s sketch team performs regularly at the DC Arts Center and recently at the DC Improv. Rails Comedy produces Stand-Up, Sketch, Improv, and Drag shows every week in DC, so follow them @railscomedy to keep up with the excitement!

Late Seating Policy
- Late seating is permitted. However, after 10 minutes after the show's start time (8:10pm), if you are not here, your seat will be released to an audience member waiting in the standby line.
Audience Seating
- This show is likely to sell out! If we sell out, additional guests (who don't have a ticket) may wait in STANDBY line for a no-show seat. Standby line seating is NOT GUARANTEED. Additional guests should get their tickets now!
Parking & Public Transportation
- If you're driving, we recommend budget 30 MINUTES to drive and park because of heavy traffic in the area.
- The nearest metro is the Columbia Heights Metro Station. The walk to the venue is approximately 15 minutes.
